Join us for our Budget Commander Tournament will be Saturday, July 11th at 10am!

Players will play in pods of 3-4 players for a number of Swiss rounds based on attendance. 

  • Rounds will be 80 minutes long.   Once time is called the active player will complete their turn and if there is no winner the match will be considered a draw.
  • Players will be awarded 5 points for a win and 1 point for a draw.
  • After Swiss rounds there will be a cut to top four or top 10 single elimination.  There will be no time limit on the top pod game.

The budget for this event will be $100 according to pricing on Moxfield (TCGplayer low pricing - the version you play of the card doesn't affect the price) All players must create their decklist on Moxfield prior to the event and be ready to submit the decklist on Topdeck on the day of the event.  Changes to card prices within the 48 hours prior to the event will not impact the price (eg, it is acceptable if your deck is listed at $100 within 48 hours of the event and goes up to $102 on the day of the event).  Here is an example of the where to find your total deck value in Moxfield, at the bottom of the deck's page:


All other Commander rules apply, including current banlist.

$20 entry per player will be paid out as store credit to top 4 pod in store credit as follows 

1st place - 40%
2nd - 4th place - 20%

For example, with 20 players top place will win $200!
